Arkansas falls at home.

Penn State too much for Hogs

The Razorbacks were unable to respond to a fierce offensive attack from No. 1 Penn State Friday night at Razorback Field, falling 4-2 in front of a single-game record crowd of 3,401 fans. The attendance bested last season’s school record total of 3,010 set against No. 2 Duke and is the fourth-straight year Arkansas has broken the record.

Freshman Taylor Malham scored her second goal in as many weekends, while sophomore Stefani Doyle added her first goal of the season. However, Penn State proved why it was considered one of the top teams in the nation by having an answer for each of Arkansas’ goals.

The 23rd-ranked Razorback soccer team recovere from Penn State loss when with no problem passed Abilene Christian, 6-1, Sunday afternoon at Razorback Field, behind a four goal performance from freshman Parker Goins. Up next for the Razorbacks in James Madison with a 7pm kick off.
