Edward James Olmos, Carlos Santana and Lin-Manuel Miranda invite Latinos to vote

Noted Latino celebrities teamed up with voting rights groups on National Voter Registration Day to create numerous ads to convince Latinos to register to vote before the presidential election in November.

Casa in Action, an advocacy group that supports Latinos and immigrants, worked with actor Edward James Olmos and musician Carlos Santana to urge Hispanics to the polls. Olmos asked voters to join him and vote in the presidential election as part of the #ThisIsMyHome campaign. As part of the same campaign, Santana shared his love for an ethnically diverse population in the U.S. and his wish for immigration reform.
