Jessy Ramirez

Jessy Ramirez is changing lives as a bilingual loan assistant officer for Liberty Bank. Jessy started working in banking in 2000. Soon after, she was promoted from teller to her current position one that she feels she can serve better her community.

Jessy is involved with the Hispanic community in Russellville and Yell County. She participates in many celebrations and main events through out the year such as, Cinco de Mayo, Independence Day, Christmas Parade in Dardanelle and several activities that promote immigration awareness.

Jessy is a high school graduate of Dardanelle. She attended Arkansas Tech for two years, and plan to attend in the fall of 2008 to complete her studies in business management and marketing. To better serve the Hispanic community of the River Valley, Jessy is looking at the possibility to enroll in the Spanish medical interpretation program that the university has just begun to offer.

Currently, she is involved in LULAC and served the organization as treasurer for the Yell county council # 768.

Ramirez is a proud mom of two girls. She celebrates multi-cultural life, enjoying the American way, the Salvadorian way and the Mexican way of living with her daughters.

Jessy Ramirez was born in El Salvador. She came to the United States when she was 10 years old and moved to Arkansas when she was 17.
