Juanes to sing in Spanish at 2015 Grammys

Colombian sensation Juanes will get to sing, but this time a song of his own, en español, at the upcoming Grammy Awards.

Three-time Latin Grammy winner Juanes will perform the song "Juntos," which means together, which he co-wrote and was produced by well-known Dominican musician and Grammy winner Juan Luis Guerra. The song was made for the Disney movie "McFarland, USA."

He said that when he saw "McFarland, USA" in Los Angeles, after Disney Studios contacted him to ask if he could write a song for the movie, he liked it so much that he accepted. "It touched my heart in a very positive way, in a very deep way," he said. "It's a very inspiring story."

The movie, starring Kevin Costner gives life to an athletic coach in in Bakersfield, California, follows a group of young Latin American immigrants that through very hard work get to be championship contenders. It opens February 20 in the U.S. The 57th annual Grammy Awards will air live at 7 p.m. Sunday from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on CBS.
