Tuna Fish Cold Salad

1 Can of tuna fish

1 Pound of pasta – (shells)

1 Lemon

1/2 Red pepper diced, to taste

1 Stick of Celery — diced small, to taste

1 Green apple cut in small pieces

Mayonnaise to taste

PREPARATION:

Cook pasta and drain. In a separated pan stir-fry the apple, add just a few drops of oil may use butter for 10 minutes. Stir constantly. Let apples and pasta cool down. Mix the red pepper and celery.
