Many Hispanics homes in this Christmas season had the opportunity to see their children smile.

On December 20, 2014, Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brinsley, 28, killed two police offices in the line of duty of New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers in the line of duty at the Bedford–Stuyvesant neighborhood of the New York City borough of Brooklyn, ostensibly as revenge for the death of Eric Garner and the shooting of Michael Brown.
